01The Investment

Your investment for the LUX Immersion is $8,888 USD (or the applicable preferred rate, if eligible). The investment secures:

02Non-Refundable

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

You acknowledge that LUX is a limited-capacity, pre-produced experience. The Producer commits significant non-recoverable resources upon enrollment — including venue rental, accommodations, curated experiences, production costs, and the holding of your seat to the exclusion of other applicants. Once your spot is secured, the Producer cannot resell or recover that investment.

04Transfers

Your seat is non-transferable except with prior written approval from the Producer. Transfer requests must be submitted to support@divinelyaligned.co at least 14 days before the Event start date and are granted at the Producer's sole discretion. The receiving Participant must agree to this Investment Agreement in writing before the transfer becomes effective.

05Postponement, Cancellation & Force Majeure

If the Producer must reschedule, postpone, or convert the Event to an alternative format due to circumstances outside the Producer's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disaster, government restriction, pandemic or public health order, venue closure, or incapacitation of key Producer personnel — the Producer will offer one of the following at the Producer's discretion:

Force majeure does not entitle the Participant to a cash refund. Your investment is retained as a credit and applied as set forth above.

06No Chargebacks · Material Breach

You agree to raise any concern, dissatisfaction, or dispute directly with the Producer at support@divinelyaligned.co before initiating any third-party action.

Initiating a credit card chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first attempting good-faith resolution with the Producer is a material breach of this Agreement.

In the event of an improper chargeback, the Producer reserves the right to:

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement before submitting payment, and that any dispute over services rendered will be addressed directly with the Producer in good faith.

07No Guarantee of Outcomes

LUX is a curated immersive experience. The Producer makes no representation or guarantee of specific personal, emotional, spiritual, professional, financial, or transformational outcomes. Your investment secures your access to the experience itself, including the included programming and inclusions, not a specific result. Any testimonials or examples shared by the Producer or past participants are illustrative and not promises of equivalent outcomes for you.

08Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are a competent adult (18+) attending voluntarily, at your own risk, and at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for:

The Event includes physical activities (including but not limited to walking, transportation, group experiences, and optional outdoor activities) that carry inherent risks. By attending, you assume all such risks.

The Producer is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, emotional distress, or other harm arising from your participation in the Event.

09Media Release

You consent to being photographed, filmed, audio-recorded, or otherwise documented during the Event. You grant the Producer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such media in marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial materials in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation.

If you do not wish to be featured, you must notify the Producer in writing at support@divinelyaligned.co at least 30 days before the Event begins. The Producer will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group settings.

10Code of Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and in good faith. The Producer reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Event, without refund, for conduct that, in the Producer's sole judgment, materially disrupts the experience, endangers other participants or staff, or violates the integrity of the room. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, threats, intoxication that impairs participation, violence, theft, or unauthorized recording of other participants.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Producer's total cumulative liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the actual amount you have paid for the LUX Immersion. The Producer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunity, emotional distress, or reputational harm.

12Confidentiality

Conversations, materials, and experiences shared in the LUX Immersion are confidential to the room. You agree not to share, publish, record, or distribute the content of any session, conversation, or experience involving other Participants without their express written consent. This confidentiality obligation survives the conclusion of the Event indefinitely.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria, BC, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct communication for a period of no less than 30 days.

14Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any written terms specified at checkout, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the LUX Immersion and supersedes all prior representations, communications, or marketing materials.

Acceptance

By checking the agreement box at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have read this Agreement in its entirety
  • You understand and accept all terms, including the non-refundable nature of your investment and the prohibition on improper chargebacks
  • You are entering this Agreement freely, knowingly, and without duress
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any uncertainty before payment
